Your last generator Maintenance Run

I'm new to my Generac 26KW at my new house. It's been sitting there with a green light saying it's ready. So, today I walked over and hit the manual switch. It fired right up and the starting battery seemed strong, so I let it run for a while to get to temp then shut it down and put it back on auto with a green light.

I did try to connect it to the new house fiber network and phone app, but no luck. I'll need to dig a little deeper to see how to do it.

I didn't see any maintenance stickers on it, so not sure when it was serviced last. The oil looked new, but propane units don't really dirty their oil anyway. I'll dig into that when I have more time.

The more you Train in Peace..... Good point about propane.... can't go by Looks Dirty......

Not home, that remote telemetry is great to have on a phone..... grs has posted (I think (?) it's 3rd party he uses on his) his screenshots - magic !

I use GENMON for my monitoring of my generac whole house. Can monitor in real time from anywheres. I get push notifications for any change is operation of generator.
