Has anyone had a bad experience with Ventrac customer experience? I have called, left VM, and emailed them without a response. I'm really surprised and just wondering if it is just me?
Does "customer" imply that you own a Ventrac and are trying to get info/help with a problem? In that situation I've never had an issue. In the seven years that I've owned mine I've emailed "service@ventrac.com" 6-12 times and have always received a response within 48 hours (usually within 24 hrs). You have a great dealer. He also has a facebook page.Have you been trying to contact Ventrac Headquarters, or a dealer? I have always dealt with a Ventrac dealer, J&R Sheds and Equipment in Churchville, Maryland, which has been very responsive.
