Hey, The T254 has the Yanmar engine. Are you looking for the engine side to work on?
T254 has the Yanmar 3TNV80F. Its a modern version of my engine, the 3T80U or the Yanmar made Deere JD850 or the JD750.
See attached. This engine is also used in diesel Gensets for hospitals, FEMA power backup, and construction crews.

On the YTOG, we have all kinds of manuals for Yanmar. Many cross over into other brands.
TYM now owns Kukje. Yanmar and Kukje have a 60+ year relationship.
Kukje licenses so much tech from Yanmar too.
The 3 companies joined together to produce the RK tractor line as well.
Should your TYM have the Yanmar 3TNV76, this engine is the flagship of the Yanmar SA Series in the SA424 model. I have the Yanmar parts manual in English and in Japanese. This engine is sold globally and in many other brands.
Parts will not dry up for this engine.
So many slight variants too.

RE Wheel weights. Are your wheels drilled for the bolts to add wheel weights? If not you would be better off going with liquid ballast. Getting square holes in the right places can be a bit difficult.

You folks are just talking about manuals. The OP asked about wheel weights and then mentioned manuals. And, away the conversation ran. I decided to respond to his actual first question.
Yes, it has the 3TNV76 engine.
Did not know its been sold as a Hinomoto neither.
I do know it is sold as RK24, Branson, Zetor, ...
I was hoping to find a service manual since this include, wiring, hydraulic diagrams, engine en transaxle repair.
But so far i did not manage to find, or even buy one.
My rims does not have any holes in it.
Liquid ballast, i did look into it, but i only can find the "salt" version of it, which i do not prefer.

Rim Guard and the other manufacturers have dealer lookups on their sites. You just enter your zip code, and it will show nearby dealers.

Another option for liquid ballast is RV anti-freeze or windshield washer fluid. Not as heavy and rimguard but also does not smell and get slimy like rim guard.
RV anti freeze is also non toxic to animals, not sure what it does to plants or grass.

I live in Belgium (EU), and "Rim Guard" is not available in BE. Neither any equivalents of it.
It looks like we hardly use this type of biodegradable liquidballast in this part the world.

There is quite a bit of sugar beet and beet sugar production in the EU, so I'd be surprised if there isn't someone selling the desugared molasses as a tire ballast, or as a road/dust stabilizer. It is one of the more environmentally benign options for tire ballast, and is normally a waste product of the sugar production.
Sure, there are a lot of sugar beet in BE and EU. But im not able to find someone that sells it ..
Nor i know a company name that produce it.

Here is the workshop manual. It's for the T254 but the T255 is the EU version of it.
Regarding wheel weights, of those exist, just probably not made specific for your tractor, so you would need to drill the rims to bolt the weights on.
Here in Portugal, since we don't have to worry much about ice, we just fill the tubes with straight water. I'm sure one could add some antifreeze to prevent it from freezing.

I used RV antifreeze is my T254 rear wheels. Fairly easy using a cheapo garden sprayer. It was the most economical way to go for me.

In the USA, Menards runs a good special price on RV/Marine (pet safe, non corrosive) for filling Ag tires.
They had 16 of these out back for customer pick-up back in November.
