Got invaded a few weeks ago. This is about 2/3rd of them in the pic. I herded them off to the woods.

I think it's a fish that lives in salt water but travels into brackish waters and estuaries. Only reason I know is because I used to watch a lot of fishing shows.From the pics, I thought you were fishing in the ocean.

@MossRoad is correct. The area we were fishing is known as Big Lake. It is south of Lake Charles, LA. and very near the Gulf Of America. We have also caught redfish, flounder, sand trout and a few others in this area. We have also caught plenty of Speckled Trout out in the gulf, which is only a few miles from Big Lake. My son in law is a professional fishing guide and he fishes mostly in Big Lake, as do many other guides.I think it's a fish that lives in salt water but travels into brackish waters and estuaries.
