New Holland T1510 - 2013
Hi all, new guy here. I bought a T1510 a few weeks ago, to replace my ancient Fergie T020 which I sold last week.

Anybody got ideas for where to attach some sort of small toolbox on the NH? I only need something small to store pins, repair links, pliers, maybe a screwdriver or two.

I was thinking on top of the left fender, but it would have to be small and sit towards the back so I don't rack my elbow on it.

Below is a plastic electrical box from Amazon that would probably work well on the fender.

Or I could take the SMV sign off of the back and use that mount to bolt a steel box to (don't need the SMV sign around here).

If you have a FEL, a small rectangular box like that could be placed in the FEL cross tube.

An old ammo box - think army surplus store - I have used one of these fastened to the brace on the roll bar for years. Not the small one but the next size up can hold a fair amount. Get some spray paint and paint it to match the tractor

What is it attached to?
The ROPS cross bar
HF has a metal .50 cal box that would work good.
I bought one of those that I mounted on the ROPS cross bar next to my toolbox. I use it as a glovebox to store small things that I want to keep safe and dry while working on the tractor.

On my T1520, I mounted an A&I Products #A-TB11500 Plastic Tool Box behind the seat.

It's not big enough for a hammer, but it has pins, channel locks, screw drivers, & gloves. I cut off the SMV bracket and installed an adhesive backed SMV sign to the back of the seat.
To mount the tool box, I have two pieces of 1/4" flat stock (1" wide, I think) that I attached to the seat belt attaching bolts on the cross bar behind the seat. The two flats extend back to support the box. I cut a piece of 10 gauge steel the same size as the tool box to use as a mounting plate under the tool box for reinforcement. The box is positioned as far back as possible to still allow access to the oil fill port.
I bought mine from Zoro.com, but it's easily available online from other places as well. My box has been on there for a couple years and a couple hundred hours and is still intact.

Late Addition: I did really want something a little bit longer, at least long enough to hold a hammer. But after searching, this was the largest box I could find that would not interfere with having a SMV, seat suspension travel, and access to the oil fill port. The box is not sealed, but I also usually have a rag in it and it usually stays clean enough for most field emergencies. If I ever find a longer box of the same height and depth, I will upgrade.
