I see this started as a very old thread, 2004. Danny Parker who replied back, then hasn't been working with Yanmars for over a decade now. He's gone invisible. I see his website is abandoned and for sale. No use trying to contact him.

I suspect he got burned badly when Yanmar sued their 1970's Authorized Dealers for selling US-Yanmar parts to owners of the imports.

Since this thread is just titled manuals, it's robust enough to just keep adding info to it. My post last year in 2021 triggered this off.

Looking for specifically manual stick 4 HL 4x4 transmission YM 180D service manual; there's around but hard to find.

The YTOG has the parts diagram manual for free. It might offer enough clues.

Join the Yanmar Tractor Owners Group.io for free. The manual you’re looking for is probably on there, and you can download it for free. Lots of good folks on that site.
