No SWM here as long as you don't cover more than a certain percentage of your lot.After hearing back from the realtor in PA, won’t be pursuing the lot. Was overpriced anyways. They require SWM pond per lot, have to give township permission to inspect, building restrictions are ok, no existing well. Not worth the hassle.
Not sure if SWM rules are per township or county.
I think all the towns have different percentages. Was same in NJ.
The SWM ponds we saw going in were for town houses and large neighborhoods.
