After hearing back from the realtor in PA, won’t be pursuing the lot. Was overpriced anyways. They require SWM pond per lot, have to give township permission to inspect, building restrictions are ok, no existing well. Not worth the hassle.
Not sure if SWM rules are per township or county.
No SWM here as long as you don't cover more than a certain percentage of your lot.
I think all the towns have different percentages. Was same in NJ.
The SWM ponds we saw going in were for town houses and large neighborhoods.

71°F and no rain.

Nothing earth shattering for Sophie. Some bursitis in the hip. Gave her some home exercises as she declined PT. Doesn’t feel there is a problem with the almost 27 yo hip but trip to ortho would be next. Going back on her CPD tincture.

Guys won H&F

Should get back to mowing today

Prayers for all
Be safe
Have a great day

my diesel laptop

I'd love to see that
must be a new off grid model?

has stayed grey and cool so far today, still only 71 out.
made a trip back to Hatfield this morning to pick up trim molding to replace
the water damaged trim in the rv. Need to measure carefully.
found my nice fine tooth hand saw and will work on that later.

when I asked them what to fasten it with, they suggested silicone. I was thinking some kind
of glue. Maybe a little of both.

What I have done many times on the really large rocks is to dig a good deep hole right next to it then roll it into the big hole to get the top down further.
Rolling it over and down deeper is very good approach. However in this case I was still scraping rock several feet down and several feet across so made the executive decision that I had better things to use my time on

No, I work on rental equipment. So I have a laptop to connect to it supplied by work.

Licensing fees would be prohibitive for me out of pocket.

It's $6k up front, and $1100 licensing fee each year.

I have the truck software as well which will work on anything from a 1/2 ton pickup up to semis. You can get in trouble pretty quick with the truck software. I connected it to one of the F550's and it showed everything

We've saved more than what the software cost though, by not having to send the equipment to the dealers for regen and dpf issues.

Good morning m7040, hoping everything is well with you and yours.
I have the same tractor, and factory 3rd function is a mystery to me, tried to use it and seems like something is not active, no 3 point control or front hydraulics tractor is new to me and in really nice shape, but I can not run the front mower and figure I must be missing something, valve not active? do hydraulic hoses need to be swapped around? I am not seeing anything.
sorry to jump in this thread to ask but I have not figured this out yet, and it looked like your tractor was the same. Do you have any words of wisdom?
You may want to set up a separate thread for this. However turn the key on and activate it and if you don't hear a click from the solenoid you have either a solenoid problem or an electrical fault, fuse etc issue

Here's the view on the diesel laptop while I have our large Hyundai forklift doing a service regen.

The exhaust is still getting up to temperature.

It will hit somewhere between 1000° and 1100° to burn off the carbon.

I had the check engine light popping on, so I figured I would hook the laptop up and see what the codes were.

I had 10 codes, all related to the scar system.

For me the trigger was over 1000sq ft of disturbance. Fortunately I was able to get an exemption based on my total impervious surface being 2% of the lot size.
The ordinance was local, but mandated by the state (PA).

What about Fastenal?
They will not have it in stock. Will want to charge you out the wazzoo to get one shipped in. Then you would have to buy a whole bag of them because it can't be separated

At that point, I give up on them and run across town to start bolt
