Not too go too far off topic, but her work uses Concur, as does mine. I really think they make it so difficult to turn in expenses that most people would rather eat $20 then turn it in.

I had a subordinate quit with like $65 cleaning charge in Concur for a rental car. I spend like 4 hours trying to figure it all out before finally telling HR, pay it or take it out of his last check, but I am Not doing anymore hunting 3 month old recipes for a vehicle cleaning charge...and I'm not calling them for proof of the need for the cleaning charge....

I ended up buying the Exmark my dealer made me demo, he knows me. $5000 for the 2021 Radius S series 48" ($9,500 new) brand new ultravac bagger ($4,200 new, not pictured) and Exmark OCDC ($450 new) so I feel like I got a great deal. Got a brand new engine 100 hours ago. Sold my 2014 Quest for $2700 to a buddy. Considering I paid $4000 for the Quest brand new 10 years ago I'm not upset and to get into a commercial unit for $2300 after the fact, Im happy.

9000 BTU SEER2 24 Mini split for a room in the house that stays too warm in the summer and too cold in the winter. Also a multi use A/C charge and vacuum kit to get it installed.

Next, possibly a spare parts Rhino 554 tractor for my existing Rhino 554 tractor that just keeps chugging along.

Pretty proud of the old tractor- recently unloaded ~3000lb. of 80# concrete bags on a pallet from a flat bed. Couldn't quite lift the full 3600 lb up and off but 7 bags hand unloaded and was able to pick it up and transport it.

No idea on price or condition yet (it has been been parked for a decade or two) will know more in the next couple days.

May end up buying some other implements with it as well.

Well it isn't pretty has a few leaks that need fixed and just a whole lot of TLC but has the same US made Koyker loader with a Nice tooth bar installed, has the canopy, twelve 1/2 pie wheel weights, and has the two remotes installed just like mine. The 203 Cube 4 cylinder engine just purrs. It may have a blockage in the pump strainer for the FEL hydraulic pump like mine had a while back. Need to figure that out.

I also bought a Schulte 84" HD Blower, may clean it up sell it going into winter, or just keep it.

The tractor also came with a pair of brand new Les Schwab batteries with $400 receipt, spare parts like new starter, new rod- main bearings, piston ring kits, and hydraulic filters that were left over NOS from the dealer when he closed down.

$3000 all in.

Think I did OK. `about 8700 lb of equipment with loader, wheel weights and snowblower mounted up. If I had to buy a working 84" Schulte Blower it would probably be like getting the running tractor for free.

Can't wait to get them home.

ps. It really was sitting in the same spot for decades, the wheels white paint ran off during rain storms and stained the tires white. Owner said before getting it started all four tires had sunk about six inches into the parking area.

I’ve been looking for a ride on roller for a while that wasn’t clapped without much success so I bought this. I’m not entirely amused. The 6000 pound ride on roller I’ve been using seems to compact quite a bit better.

Northern tool discontinued one of their polishers so it was on sale, and I had 5 bucks off.
So for $50:
Came with the bag and backing pad and a few polishing pads and other stuff.

A new roof, I would have rather bought something I could drive/ride on or push dirt with.
I did / doing similar, but the new covered deck is going to cost about 12 times (Ouch) what the new to me 55HP tractor + snow blower + drag harrow + clamp on bucket forks did.

I just bought a fully hardwood smoked-cooked and sliced Beef Brisket. It was half of my cart cost. I'm having some on tortillas for lunch right now and washing it down with a Miller Lite. Might have two as there's two big tortillas to eat. ;)

Forgot, we also had a 1/4 beef ordered going to have to gut the side by side and the deep freezer to make room and then may have to break down and buy another freezer because somehow the order got changed to a 1/2 beef -wife said we are getting a better deal, so OK yes dear...

Maybe not after adding the cost of another freezer. This is how i ended up with 2 more freezers.

Do yourself a favor, add refer/freezer alarms to protect your investment. I had mine alert me to an issue where one of my freezers broke. It was chucked full of beef. I was away at a horse show. I drove right home, saw the problem and went and purchased a new freezer.

I would have lost entire thing. Plus i needed to replace the old 20yo freezer anyways.

This is what i use…works great

This is the one I'm using with 3 transmitters in freezer and one on the boiler.
Amazon.com
Right now about 3/4 of a hog and half a beef as well as everything else.

Depending on how you have it cut up will make considerable difference in how much freezer room it take, if it's all boned out it will be quite compact. Bone in weighs much more and takes a lot more room.

Try formatting on your laptop/desktop first, may need fat32 or some other format type to work.

I,ve got a 2020 Ford F150. I tried putting in an address for a new church, but it would not recognize the address. Is there any free way to update my truck gps, or do I have to pay to get it updated to 2025 info ?
