JD 2022 333G Skidsteer High Flow question

So, I acquired a 33g high flow and just got a High Flow Brush Cutter. It works great, but I noticed that when I run it, it seems to make the tracking a little lethargic. I was wondering if I am doing something wrong, or is this normal behavior. The way I crank it up is:
1) Warm the machine up.
2) Push the high flow switch, and it indicates high flow is on the gauges panel.
3) I turn the Engine Speed Control Dial to half speed.
4) I then roll the Auxiliary Proportional Switch forward to spin up the blades.
5) I then lock it by pressing the Auxiliary Flow Set Switch and turn up to full speed.

It seems to track ok at first, but then gets sluggish when trying to turn

Any insight would be helpful on what to look for. The hydraulic fluid is in the appropriate range.

Yeah, I did that in step 5.

I have a buddy that works on these, and he told me he knew this machine and it sat a lot, and he has seen this issue before where condensation mixes with the oil and can clog the filters, so I replaced the filters, and when I dumped the oil it had a green hue to it. I tested the unit yesterday, and it seemed fine, but I will get a true test today later if I can beat the rain. I was surprised that could happen on a machine that only had 480 hours on it.
