We complain a lot about laws today and I get it, but the reality is driving drunk has always been a issue since the invention of the automobile (don't think there were laws about riding a horse plastered before the car came around LOL).
Like anything else, laws tend to get abused and sometimes not used for their original intent. All one has to do is look at "agencies" created to handle things...
Nature of man for better or worse.

Wife still thinks it's odd that I'm brushing my teeth either in the shower or on the hopper. Also gave up on shaving because I don't have to now, saves more timeHay Dude hit the nail on the head

Fun fact: The toothbrush was invented in PA. If it was invented anywhere else, it would have been called a teethbrush.
