65°F and .06 inches rain

Needle prick went well yesterday. My A1c is 6.1, Sophie’s 5.8. Discussion with Dr scheduled for next Friday

Back home in time to be productive but I managed to shear my only shear bolt on 1st pass.

Nice visit with Sophie’s brother who treated for dinner.

Today, Sophie starts her 72nd trip around the sun. I’ll be making her a surf and turf dinner

Need to retrieve my hydraulic cylinders this morning. Had hoped to yesterday but not ready.

Prayers for all
Be safe
Have a great day

Good Afternoon David,

That’s a bad day when your trying to get something done 😉

We are out on the South Fork in Southold LI. Pindar vineyards, great place to visit and try a variety of different wines.

I knew the Dr. that owned Pindar as he was my GF at the times prof at Stonybrook college.
Really nice guy. One of the few vineyards still left from the start.
I wonder who runs it now.

I still have hats and other stuff from Vineyards that no longer exist, offered too much money to refuse when they got older.

Have fun,

went back out this afternoon and waxed the rv for a while in the sun, after
making two outdoor planters seeded with zinnias and sweet peas. I also cleaned one more cart full
of leaves and clippings out of front beds. Bent over a lot, back will be having a conversation soon.

then with the warm sun out and my chores done, I sat on a comfy chair outside and let the sun warm my face and the wind
keep me cool. Very relaxing, nodded off a few times, then time to come in. Likely have some showers coming through dinner time.

found a spot for my rv state map.
if I get another rv going to head to New England, places one or two days away.
my long distance itch is well scratched.
and if that all goes well, might see where to go for a couple months each winter.

Good (Sunday) morning. Overnight Low of 15.5C and it's presently dipped down to 14.1C, lightly overcast & calm.

I did mow around the house, DW and front paddock yesterday arvo. Plus a wee wander with the string-trimmer.

As per usual, I'm off to Church in a while and then the rest of the day is His.

That's about it, take care all.

Good Afternoon Ken,

Ken, thanks for the back round 😃
Interesting for sure. Nice afternoon out there with our friends. Came home with a couple bottles. I even wore my Pindar hat today 😉
