Finally Bought Another Tractor

I watched the Legend Of Buster Scruggs last night and know I get your avatar. I originally thought it was you.

That Ford will serve you well. You can’t kill those things if you keep up maintenance on them. Enjoy your tractor and welcome back!

Not very many members have an exit that has their member names on it! Cahaba Valley even has a College with his name on it!
I see it a lot in my running around!

Never realized I was that popular 🤠
Apparently B'ham people like you!
I go up towards Haleyville a couple times a week usually. Usually travel up 231 instead of going thru Atlanta. The only thing worse than Atlanta traffic is McDonough traffic, so I tend to run around it as best I can.

Nice tractor. Have a soft spot for the older Fords.

You mean Atlanta parking lot. I would leave on a Fri. morn from Sylvester GA with a load of peanuts headed to KarNut in Detroit or KingNut in Cleveland. With Atlanta and Knoxville traffic I would make little headway.

I only consider Atlanta a parking lot from 4am till somewhere after midnight.
I miss the old paper logs that didn't have a 14hr clock. You could roll up to the outskirts of any major traffic jam and take a nap while waiting on traffic to clear. So much better to be in the bunk getting some rest instead of sitting in a traffic jam. But alas, some pencil pusher in D.C. knows more about trucking than those who do it.
