Many years ago I bought an Indiana lifetime comprehensive fishing license. At the rates when I bought it, it should have paid off when I hit age 56. The rates went up just a bit over the years, so it more than paid for itself.I saw that coming. About 12 years ago DW and I bought lifetime CC license.![]()
Nope. Indiana requires no permit for open or concealed carry if you meet the criteria of age, not a felon, etc...While true there is reciprocity between some states the states of DE and PA ( in the original question) share no such agreement and the FFL is not a CCW solution. However 31 states have open carry law (no permit required) but DE and PA are not on that list. Open carry states require a permit to conceal carry.
To me, open carry just draws attention to yourself in crowded environments. Not to derail back to concealed carry, and I know very little about it, but I'm thinking open carry is OK and to me would be a better choice?
A neighbor friend got his permit and showed me his holster...I said "ok, draw". By the time he unbuttoned his coat & shirt to get it took about a minute. By that time he'd be a Swiss cheese!
Doc Holliday couldn't outdraw anyone gun drawn.
It's a conversation starter....Fur ?![]()
