Anyone mount a round baler control box in an M7060 cab?

Been looking at either door post clamps or magnetic mounts, looking to see what others have done.

Also planning to power it with the 25 AMP plug in the cab versus running direct from the battery.

Had the control box on open tractors, easy to clamp it to the ROPS.

Yes, I had that set up.
I have a Kubota cab tractor baler monitor mount sitting in my shop.
I do not suggest using the plug and would instead wire straight to the battery with an inline fuse.

Concern with the plug? It's fused at 25 amps and I can buy the plug end that fits it for $25 or so.

Open tractor I ran direct from the battery using the provided inline 30amp auto reset breaker. I can certainly wire the cab tractor that way, just was trying to save some clutter in the cab.

Box mounts on an SMV spade and is a manual tie box so it's hands on versus just looking at it.

I have the fancy pants Kubota mount and the 3 Kubota prong wiring kit.
PM me if you want them.

I used to have mine wired to the plug, but started getting voltage “spikes” and other unwanted issues.
Now all mine are wired direct to the battery.

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind. You had the real large M series didn't you?

I run a jd round baler with a monitor… plugged in to the power supply in the cab of my Kubota. No problems whatsoever. Works fine.

Yeah but I baled with an M-7040 way back in the time machine.

I ended up piecing together RAM style 1" ball mount components on the right door handle. SMV spade style mount for my basic NH box. I can adjust it to be the exact position I want and it does not obstruct any other controls and is easy to use. Box did not move from where I set the clamps despite all the bouncing in the fields and roads.

I did power it directly with the in cab plug. I did make a custom harness with heavier gauge wire and used the 25 AMP pin. I did not have any electrical issues with my non computerized monitor/control.
