Credit scores are dubious. What if one has no debt? Without it, your score declined, because you are actually VERY good with money.
We've been debt free since 1995 and have an excellent credit score. So I don't feel that being debt free affects it much at all. The main thing credit score reflects is how well you use the credit you have available to you.

the major cost of auto insurance is about liability/medical. If you have more uninsured people you pay for their lack of it.

U.S. manufacturing is already very integrated with Mexico and Canada. We need to build on this.
proxy manufacturing with foreign adversaries in the mix compromises regional free trade and should be understood if these 3 nations expect co-operative/reciprocal trade relations and region sovereignty. This is where the build should be.

Much of South America is being lured away from America by foreign adversaries. The immigration highway through this open portal into the USA is counter productive to the trust needed to secure cooperation. This highway along with air transport direct from import hubs abroad is not all working green card type or asylum immigrants as the left portrays. If both Canada and Mexico think that the USA should absorb this, then we have a problem. Mexico has a cartel problem that has become a US one...Canada more stable but they also have a border and culture issue.

I think the smart people will use reason and common sense to get a workable solution but meaningful policy change has to have some teeth.

It’s part of the iceberg ins. companies are happy to notice.

unchecked diseases spread .... since I'm in the area where it has.

You get those negatives when single party rule dominates the agenda and also collaborate state to state to help get a unifying hold on control and power. Secular/hijacked societies from states like California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado etc.where leadership is often imported to conduct policy with the support of huge money and influence from the elites. They are vested in multi-state ownership, property, resorts, retirement homes, etc all in areas of scenic beauty and diverse recreation. Pretty easy to figure the bottom line here.

The middle class folks who live and work among this are caught with a couple choices, survive under their rules or move out.

importing politics and people with outside financial backing has ruined Oregon. Lots of people moved up here from California both elites and those escaping the high cost of living and regulatory overreach. Funny how this was the start that drove up the cost of living and influenced the culture here. The very thing they were trying to get away from.
I wonder why the coasts attract the leftist slants?

Why are what are called “the elites”, more socially minded when their money was made with vision, hard work and diligence that they didn’t particularly like to give away?

Yes, them. Have your life jacket ready. The liberal tears will eventually cause a flood
I’m willing to bet that much of what is regarded as “liberal” in the U.S. is pretty standard mainstream thought in Portugal and many European countries.

You would probably loose that bet if you actually lived here, the media in the US lies about not only there but here also.

I’m referring to things like public health care and retirement, not culture wars stuff.
You can't separate the 2 because culture war is all they are about. Making 95% of the people change so 5% of the countries feelings don't get hurt gets you voted out of office. As it should

Ah, health care here is excellent, I hear retirement is equal to SS when you factor the cost of living here, I have no idea about the rest of EU countries.

There are such things as social and economic liberalism/conservatism. A perfect example is the Libertarian Party: socially liberal and economically conservative. Yes you can separate things.

If that's who I was going to vote for, i would have just stayed home and had a couple beers. Not wasting my time to throw away my vote like that. Care to list all the high ranking officials in the government under libertarian party?

I’m not going to debate this. Pointing out that everything isn’t left or right.

I homesteaded 12 acres of raw woodland....it was hard work physically and also took a great deal of "diligence" Property that was built from the ground up by me and my family.. Probably not your "vision" of success. If "socially minded" is about power and influence in a society then I'm not there. Never been on welfare and i don't want to give away what I have earned either...but I'm required to dole out my low end "contribution" to society regardless.

That would be a very short list.

AI has made many headlines lately for being very biased, and political. You must have missed it.
I’ve played around with it and not only is it biased from the programmers, it’s often completely wrong
I see. So the Bureau of Labor Statistics, Insurify, and Bankrate are biased sources, whereas your sources are as upstanding as the day is long, have impeccable peer reviews, and are even more remarkable in that they non-existent.
Awesome counterpoint! I bet you can post eye popping statements like those one after another all day.
