Idk how it happened, was just clearing some brush, nothing heavy or crazy. Next thing I know, I can’t tilt the grapple up and I look down to see this, a bent hydraulic lift cylinder. I have looked for a replacement and can’t seem to find one that fits. I have a Mahindra 1626L HST(2021). I have tried a 1.5” x 18” lift cylinder by magister but the pin holes are too small for the rod to go through. I am trying to avoid buying the overly priced and low quality hydraulic cylinders from Mahindra.

Have you looked at Surplus Center?
Shop by end types, bore size, rod diameter, retracted length, and throw.

Google the size and throw you need. Lots of places sell cylinders.

I'm not convinced that it needs to be a matched pair.....have to think about that. It would be nicer, no doubt. But absolutely necessary? Not sure.
Anyway, we've seen this problem before with poorly engineered loaders. It's not your fault; that type of failure is a known type of bending failure... it even has a name: "Euler Column Bending".
One solution that many manufacturers use to avoid it - and which does have to be done to both sides - is to add an relay lever between the cylinder end and the bucket.
If you do this yourself, pivot the lever about half way between the loader arm and bucket attachment points. With a relay arm, the cylinder can be shorter - which makes it stronger - and the tilting force on the bucket can be made to come at a better angle.

Many of those places that rebuild cylinders have the ability to straighten them out. I had it done on mine.
