Good morning, the low temp is 30 and going to a high of 45°F. Wind E 13 mph. Cloudy.

Grabbed this about 10 minutes ago. We got an inch overnight. It wont stay, the ground is not frozen.
This isn't the earliest we've had snow, nor is it the most we've had before haloween.

I cannot post a picture of it. Nor can I post at all without the picture.

Tonights menu was chicken prepared on cast iron pan with Fajita spices. Delicious for sure and cheap. Less than 2 dollars on that plate.

42F clear low 20's by morning.

Day started out ho hum snow overnight enough to delay leaf control duty until sun did some melting here and there,had to double time it tho to get it done.

Plans for the evening... 0,nothing feet up snuggle into recliner.

Good (Tuesday) morning. Overnight Low of 5.4C and it's presently 20.7C, clear & calm.

Yesterday turned out to be a run to the tip, bin was full and (somehow) the contents of the 'empty wine bottle box' needed recycling. I also stopped by the PO to deposit some $ into my account.

I attempted to start my Stihl FS85 'whipper Snipper'/string-trimmer with nothing happening. Frustration led to me ordering a "Straight Shaft Brushcutter Attachment" for my Makita DUX60Z pole saw skin... A$172 delivered.

So, today I'll do my first mow with the Z-turn.

That's about it, take care all.

On any normal dinner night I would love to dive into that Frits !
But the doctor put me on a bread, white rice and applesauce diet for the next 2 days ! Ugh ! Already can’t wait to get back to real food again !

Good Morning!!!! 53F @ 4:15AM. Sunshine and a few clouds. Turning cooler. High 66F. Winds SSW at 5 to 10 mph.
Yesterday's "chance of showers" never materialized, but by noon the morning sunshine had changed to some pretty impressive clouds and overcast with strong breezes.

Sorry to read about your mom, Billy.

Got about half a pallet of wood bucked yesterday before I burned through the four battery pairs, so started installing the new pump controller on the deep well while doing a round of recharging. The well pump wouldn't run after I finished the installation, but I traced it to broken insulation and melted wires at the well head. Remember that "well expert" that did the crappy job on the PVC when he installed the new jet pump? Turns out he also didn't leave enough slack in the wires at the well head, and they chafed where they came through the bottom of the metal box. Called a neighbor looking for some short lengths of wire to splice on, but we may end up raising the pump instead to get enough slack. He'll be down later today to take a look.

By then only three sets of batteries were recharged, and that wasn't quite enough to finish off the pallet. But it was quittin' time and time for dinner. Got the last of the batteries recharged while I caught some TV, so I'm ready to go again this morning. Been too long since I bucked any wood, and my hands and back tell me I've let myself get a bit too sedentary. That or I'm just gettin' old.

Hope to finish the last pallet this morning, and get the pump rewired. And start the next fixit job, whatever that is. Maybe something a little less strenuous?
