Did I miss it, or did we define trails? Walking, biking, ATV, SxS, game trails?

Our primary goal is to have ski trails but secondarily would be hiking. In order to have ski trails, they are sorta atv trails but we wouldn't have open to the pubic atv trails, but rather hiking and skiing etc.

All the properties we've looked at need a garage or machine shed added and the house updated while for trail building, we need a compact tractor.

Having never set foot on skis... I assume roughly 6-8 ft wide of clear space, but allowing plenty of turns, twists, ect.

8ft would be minim since our roller is close to that. That property is in the lake snow zone and when operating in deep snow, space is your freind.

What's the response time if law enforcement decides to actually respond to an ADT intrusion report?
Our house is wired for security but after living here for a couple months I convinced my wife to stop bothering arming the alarm; if you were lucky and a sheriff happened to be nearby maybe it would be a few minutes but more likely half an hour. Now we only lock up if we're going out of town, but locks are just an advisory in the country because nobody's going to hear glass breaking anyways.
