Wow, do they still make 12v powered stuff? That's so old-fashioned. 
Seems like everything is self-powered with rechargeable batteries now. They don't even put lighters or power outlets in cars anymore unless you pay extra for an interior Power Group.

I used a set of jumper cables to power Anderson connectors front and back of my 99 F250. That way I can swap my winch from front to back as needed. I also put an Anderson connector on one end of another set of jumper cables to either jump equipment from either end or to jump the always dead battery on the tilt bed trailer. I just ran the cable along the frame rail from the battery to the rear. Has made life a lot easier, don't have to open the hood (around the RanchHand bumper.
