You Know You Are Old When

They didn't hold all that much and in my childhood had mostly pennies.
Every Monday Ma would give me a quarter for my weeks milk money at school.
I found one once with no owner about.
It had aboot $3.
Candy, candy, candy.

I remember finding several over the years in desk drawers and such that had apparently been there for years. The coins were always stuck together.

I realized I've "reached old" when I started sitting down to put on my underwear.

I think you're old if you remember carrying a comb to school and it had its own pocket protector that you slid the comb into.

I have to find a lower chair to put on my socks some days. Back and legs don't bend like they used to.

Mine were yellow and blue, if I recall. Got them from grandma, in keeping with the post that started this tangent.
