A common false trope. There is quite literally nobody in this modern world who thinks there should be NO regulations. The question is always one of degree: How much regulation? Lighter or heavier. Those in favor of heavier regulation on most everything often says that those in favor of lighter regulation want "no regulations". And from there it devolves into politics, soooo.....

I know that trailer well, I have the closed-side version of it, 70TV from Big Tex. It's a 7000 lb. trailer, with a curb weight (open side) probably around 1600 lb.... so 5400 lb. max payload.
Anyone care to hazard a guess at the weight of that dozer?
I almost assume this must be photoshopped.

Based on the shape and characteristics it's likely a Cat D1-D3. Operating weight 18k to 21K.
It does look like it might be photoshopped.

Likely, but one could argue either way.
The tongue is bent upward suggesting huge weight has been on on that trailer sometime. But the tires don't look compressed.
Now if the photo showed the tow vehicle is a Jeep ....

Hard to say with the tires buried in the grass like that but they don't look as flat as one would expect. Could be photoshopped. Also wouldn't be surprised someone did it for real...

It does seem very unlikely that an owner wouldn't also own a suitable trailer.

Maybe it's just me, but that left rear wheel seems to have a bit (or two) of negative camber.

That’s just a poorly made trailer. If it fits on there it should haul it! It clearly fits.

Look at where the ramp meets trailer and also where the rippers sit on front rail! It's photo shopped for sure!

but I suspect it was wrecked before someone made this picture
the dozer looks like it has a different tilt than the trailer - the bed of the trailer is tilted down much more towards the grass than the dozer, which is almost flat.
Unless, of course, this is one of them newfangled dozers with an active suspension
Also - pretty sure that strap is just holding the broken ramp up
