Who made this 2 bottom plow?

Neighbor just gave me this and I can't identify it and he doesn't remember. I've never seen one with the box that the top link connects to. There's a grease zerk up there and a place that might be missing a bolt, so I'm looking for a reference manual for it. Any ideas?

That bolt pointing down on the back has a heavy spring on it. I'm guessing it is a sort of shock absorbing mechanism, but I just don't know. That hole on the side has a bushing on the inside that is a bit offset. I'm guessing something else connects about there. Really don't want to break ground until I understand it.
