Mowing season is upon us. Not much is more satisfying than cutting weeds down with your tractor Got a small pasture full of mustard weed to cut this afternoon. This stuff has reached 5 ft in places this year... much like last year. All this rain is making me tractor money - lol

Fence removal was hot. But we got-er-done. There are many cross fences in the park but removing them needs to be a winter job when using volunteers.

I have a gold digger involved. Someone whom I never met, nor did my father talk of them (to me). And they produced a will.

The contested will adds a whole another level of complexity. Sorry you have to deal with it. Did any other family members know of the will?

The contested will adds a whole another level of complexity. Sorry you have to deal with it. Did any other family members know of the will?

No. It is just me. The will produced had chicken scribbled my name over the beneficiary. One conversation which my wife recorded (wife felt something was wrong) my Dad was adamant about me taking care of his estate.
There were and are other red flags but obviously the will is the issue. At this moment in time.

Just got in....weed whacked the middle pasture fence lines and all animals fed. Time to kick back and have a cold one. Or two. Tomorrow....day jobs and maybe the ZTR will make the third run of the season.
