Bad head gasket ?

I have a 1974 international 2400a 3 cyl diesel. Runs good doesn’t seem to smoke more than usual but oil is grey and overfull. Are these known for head gasket or is it something more serious ?

Is it water or fuel in the oil? It could be fuel instead.

I assume I would need to pull the head head to do this ?

I’m not familiar with your tractor but the main injection pump can leak into the crank case.
