57 going to 73.

Happy Anniversary soon Kil...enjoy your trip.

Buppies, at least you know what you're dealing with and can better address it. Prayers said.

Went with my wife grocery shopping and had tacos and queso at Torchy's...so good.

57 outside this AM. Heading to low 70's. 81% humidity. Waiting on the rain to come in tonight.

Unfortunate, but we have two weddings to attend this weekend that look a little wet.

Still waiting on plumbers estimates. Guess I will write them off after today.

Worked on some vinyl on the Milk House yesterday and helped pickup the wifes chopping of our privits. She has had enough of them and well with the drought, they look really bad. They are about 3 feet tall now, down from 12. :)

Hope all have a great start to the weekend. Be safe, those dealing with medical, here is hoping for a positive outcome for you all.

Then a visit to Costco for hearing aid test. I need them. Not sure they can help me. More relaxing on back porch in evening.
They will help. But beware you will hear sounds you never heard before. I never knew our washer and dryer had finishing beeps. I can now hear turn singles in the car. My shoes squeak. etc. etc . . . .

Ron I have the Costco hearing aids. Make sure you get the rechargeable kind, it sure is nice not to mess with the small batteries. The rechargeable one last all day and just take a few hours to charge back up. They come out with new models all the time so recommending one is fruitless. I did find out that when you put them in they play a little jingle, if they don't they are not working because they are dirty but Costco cleans them for free while you shop.

Costco has a good return policy and a good warranty, I have had a very positive experience with them.

It is a pleasure not to have to strain to hear. You will be asking yourself why you did not get them sooner.

Good morning! Muggy 76˚F heading to the mid 90s. out 20% chance of rain went down to 5%. Never got to installing the rails yesterday and with a full day lined up. it will not be today either. The surgery is not till the end of November so there is plenty of time.

dressed for a monsoon,, I opened door and it had stopped raining.
off I went having to tilt forward.
they closed access to the beach near my rv so I had to walk to other end, got some exercise, and when I crested the walkway onto the beach, had to hold on the wind blew me backwards so hard. East wind off the ocean blowing on land, really shows how the dunes put the campground in lee of wind. Actually my being closer to the dunes helps that.
it was pretty churned up out there but later today will get livelier
I'm out here all by my self, nothing around me.
good, no flying barbecues...
wind 30mph (per wunderground, wish I had a weather station here)
wiggle wiggle
power is still on, all is well

Good morning, 51 going to 73 no rain

Buppies hope you work out a plan going forward

Mostly doing household stuff today. Grass needs mowing but will leave it for a a few more days. Chestnuts are starting to come down. Very sticky hulls. Cody avoids them at all cost.

Not sure I understand the difficulties with the routing of the sewer line for the milk house. Is it lack of slope or busting concrete. Perhaps look into a pumped system and route most convenient way

It is a big job.

Outside - No one seems to want to dig. 150 feet to septic, need transit for grade, decide on pump or not.

Inside - Bust out floor for drains and pipes in 8 by 12 area. Connect to water supply 20 feet away.

No one has given me a written estimate on costs for either or both.

Perhaps break it into two contracts and let the plummer do piping stuff only
