The top picture is of the hydraulic priority valve that gives the steering hydraulics priority to the oil flow.
The 2nd is of the diverter block that allows a point to tap into the hydraulics for a loader, among other things.

On my TC33D, when the loader was off, I would take a screwdriver and turn the slotted part so the loader lever had no effect.
