Kioti DK5510 popping out of gear under load

I have a Kioti DK5510 (2016 - 200 hours) that is popping out of gear (forward) when the tractor is underload or going up a hill. Has anyone experienced this issue?

Do you feel it getting all the way in gear? After a quick look on the service manual, looks like there is an adjustment on the shuttle shift linkage. Maybe it's worth a try.

Highly unlikely that is wear related with such low hours.

It feels like it goes into gear ... and great suggestion .. I would LOVE it to be that simple. I talked to the dealer i purchased it from .. he was also surprised that it was happening with the low hours. He did say he had fixed one with a "similar" issue ... $1,200 - $1,500 ... yikes

There was an issue with the early DK40-50 range of tractors from mid 2000's that would break a small gear in the transmission if people tried to power shuttle them and would cause popping out of gear.

Thanks ... do you know if the gear can be "partially" broken? If I hold the gear shift I can keep it from pooping out.

The shuttle syncronizer gear will break in half and fall to the bottom of the transmission. The symptom was popping out of gear but could be held in gear by hand.
