An old gristmill in need of restoration. From todays drive to the grocery store

I had to chuckle at the astroturf they put down, a good idea actually since this would be pretty dirty/dusty/muddy without it.
But the carpet has lines on it that don't have anything to do with this site. I wonder if they tore up astro turf off an old ball field??

sun is on opposite side of rv so no need to put out awning.
Have a glass of red wine poured, some mixed nuts to munch on, and a meatloaf baking in the toaster oven. Maybe a movie tonight, if I don't fall asleep first....

If a realtor refused to make an offer tendered to him even if he knew the owner would refuse I'd fire him. I was under the impression that he had to present any bona fide offer.

That’s what I was taught years ago. Agent doesn’t get to decide.

Long way to groceries, you in my neighborhood. I go by that one almost every day. The back right corner of it collapsed a few years ago and they fixed it. They redid the roof probably 10 years ago but the paint has peeled off.
I’ve been to a couple events in the mansion.

just had a nice dinner, and checking on weather forecasts for drive to VA tomorrow. Having lunch with Buppies, really looking forward to it.
We missed each other last time I went through his area, this time we will finally meet and yes we'll take a pic. Didn't happen if no pic.........

then if it works, hope to see Frits at KOA campground near Antietam battleground. And anyone else... Staying at KOA tomorrow night too, in Natural Bridge VA.

I believe, as I was told as a young child, that I have one foot in dreamland and the other foot on a banana peel.

Since we were in the neighborhood took a picture of the old bank barn converted to an event place. Held a team building session there many years ago. The inside is beautiful with the original posts and beams.

30F...1" fallen since 5pm and more to follow,March came in like lion and leaving like lion.

All in all been good day,gave 1 kitten good brushing out and she love it and wanted more,other kitten no so much and let it be known.

Feet are up hope to find good movie and share some desert.
