Hydraulic lift

I have A 2010 John Deere the hydraulic hesitates when you crank it then the lift shakes when you come up with it

Are we talking about a hydraulic cylinder lifting like on a front end loader, or the hydraulic lift on a three point linkage?

I just got this tractor a few weeks ago so I’m not sure The transmission filter has been changed
