My recollection is that the Romans built floors with flue ways to conduct heat generated by burning wood.

I saw the demolition of one of the first air conditioned movie theaters in the U.S. After they ripped the seats and carpet out, you could see about every half dozen seats there was a 4" round air vent in the floor with a low diffuser. The entire sloped floor of the theater was a plenum chamber. Up in front under the screen, behind the dressing rooms under the stage, was a huge waterfall/radiator type device with big fans. They'd run the air through the radiator that was cooled by the waterfall and pump it up under all the seats. Pretty neat!

It's not needed for 2 strokes. If you follow good practices, you'll never have a fuel system problem related to ethanol in your 2 stroke. Anyone that tells you different either wants to sell you something or does not follow good practices as well.

I agree but ethanol can sure go bad way faster than gasoline. Hate when the carb bowl is full of brown sugar.
Just seeing the $$$ little cans at the hardware stores works out to over $10 per gallon but it does include the oil....
Had to detune my ride because there is no 92+ anywhere locally. 30 miles to find it.

Yep, but you can't buy leaded road fuel in the U.S. as far as I know.

Wow, weird, i can drive to 3 local gas stations where i live, fill my tank with 110 octane, LEADED GAS, and drive away. So, people are giving false information about LEADED gas is banned, it surely is not. Maybe someday in the future, but it ain`t right now.

But it really has nothing to do with @ruffdog's point about classic reaction to the banning of any substance, or @BX23S-1's implication that leaded fuel (meaning, fuel already containing lead) was not banned for sale. Obviously, I missed the aviation exception, but again... very little to do with the knee-jerk reaction to a proposed ban on gas stoves.

I had planned to put a propane range in our kitchen, with the remodel we're presently planning, a few years out. Okay, so maybe that won't be an option by then. But honestly, I have bigger things to worry about. I'm not getting my panties in a bunch over available choices for cooking, it's really small potatoes, in the grand scheme of things. If things are going so well for you otherwise, that this is the thing over which you have time and energy to plant your flag, then consider yourself blessed!
