SOLD Kioti CK20 HST Purchased CK3510SE HST
Noticed the valve stem was on the inside of the front tire, dealers said he would change so it faced out, question is with a front end loader do they need to be the way they are For stability?
Pain in the rear to check pressure!
I’m coming from a CK20HST that the stems were facing out with a loader but never had a problem and did lots of cleaning with it.

Sounds like it was on backwards, as I've never seen the valve stem on the inside. Just for reference, I've been to my Kioti dealer 3 times this week, in the process of purchasing a CK2610.

They are designed to be in or out depending on the how you have the back wheels set. They are not on wrong. The idea is so the front tires and the back tires take the same track. This is more important with Ag tires doing row crop operations.

Having the front wider does not give more stability because the front axle pivots. Setting the rear tires as wide as they will go does gives you more stability. Most people will set the front to match just so the tires are more inline.

Hope that answers your questions.

I looked at the CK2610 but went with The 3510, not too afraid of the regen stuff!

So long as you keep the RPM's up you ought not have any problems; I didn't need the extra horsepower, and appreciate the simplicity.

I have the industrial tires, the dealer said he would flip the tires so the tread pattern would go forward in the right direction if I wanted to put the stem on the outside.
Just hard to check pressure with them inwards.
Dealer said Kioti sends them the tires already installed on the rims and they put them on with the “v” tread forwards, not every Kioti has them with the stem facing in.
I going to get him to flip them.

HST I usually run with throttle wide open, I do love the throttle link to the hydro peddles though, I use that feature for transport from location to location.

I understand. That is something I would do myself instead of taking it back to the dealer. It does not take but a couple of minutes to swap sides. He is not going to take the tire off and flip the rim, he will just put the right one on the left side and left on the right.

If that’s true….the tread will be backwards. The tires are directional for forward pulling/pushing.

No, the dish offset is the same either way, valve stem out or in, sometimes the center will have a deeper dish from one side or the other, these are center, you can flip sides which puts the stem either in or out, mine are out now.
Tread stays the same direction.
