My dogs sometimes roll in stinky stuff but what I do not like is when they roll in fresh cow carp. I can put up with stinky (excluding skunks at this time), but fresh stuff gets everywhere when I have to put them back in the truck. Hate it.

My most recent acquisition (rescue Stumpy Tailed Cattle Dog) is the worst offender. She was a stray in the homeless camps in CA, I would have thought she would have seen her share of carp there.

46 degrees @5.30 high about 53 today. Also a very cool spring. Still having to use the wood stove in the morning’s
just surpassed 80” of rain since September and 30 plus inches of snow. 3C2F246A-BCA7-4C0B-9489-2BA603D1BE66.jpeg308EB153-CC68-4859-8FE5-009B8AF6E357.jpeg

Amazing. 58 degrees F here today with forecast all the way up to 61. Very cool spring.
Me and the pooch would love that temperature. Past two days it's been 100°.

Yesterday was super muggy from all the recent rain.

Dogs been going for a decent walk in the morning, and then again after the sun goes down.

Middle of the day it's strictly outside real quick to do her business and then back inside to the AC. And she ain't messing around

They are growing and getting better looking by the day. We are for sure keeping the female, she is the one with the one brown patch on the eye. I am giving a friend of mine one of the other two which are males. But have not decided on that yet. We are attached to all of them. Will be a tough decision but me and wife are thinking about keeping two instead of just the female.

No. The worse something smells, the more they like it. My dogs have found more STINKY things to roll in than I can remember. The latest was last week's raccoon poop that my lab couldn't get enough of. First bath for him, in a while. Boy was it BAD.
We keep live trapping 'coons and possums and moving them down the road five miles. It's taken some effort but have slowly removed the droppings for the dogs to roll in. It's the only way.
