2615 Mahindra
I have a 2615 Mahindra - having issue when putting under stress or uphill, loses rpms and wants to quit. I have changed fuel filter, cleaned out tank, replace fuel pump. Same issue. Mind you this tractor is a piece of crap...I have had it in the shop twice now for new clutches...4,000 a pop. I get it back and still acts like this does nobody take any pride in their work anymore. Also it has less than 300 hours on it.

Any direction would be appreciated.

Try loosening the fuel cap and see if the cap isn't venting enough under load.

What about the fuel p/u in the tank? Screen in tank could be clogged and cause issues like this.

EDIT: N/M reading comprehension :) I see you cleaned the tank

May sound simplistic, but after you cleaned the tank, did you fill it with a new source of fuel (far using what you had in hand)? Just in case the fuel you have is contaminated.

It would help to get you some more help if you re-wrote that with less accusations and more information.

A failed clutch due to bad parts sounds to me as if it is actually operator error. If I were you I would sell it and buy a tractor with a hydro static transmission. My 2615 has been flawless. You will have to search far and wide on these forums to find other owners with such problems as yours. It does sound like you have a clogged air filter.
What gear are you using when going uphill or the tractor is under stress?

Cleaned the injectors or check them for flow?
How did you clean out the tank?
When it loses power, is it only when fuel gets low?
If you disconnect the fuel line at the filter, does fuel freely flow from the line?
If it does not, blast the line with a shot of air. If it then comes flowing out more freely, you still have debris in the tank and is why it loses power.
There is methodology after that but lets take one step at a time.
