We know about that... Remember? How are you doing btw? Around here, you can actually cut CRP ground once per season and I do.
Got 2" snow yesterday. Life is good. Depending on contract, we can cut here too. Just figure it's a LOT cheaper to burn this time.

Don't know about the new ones other than injecting raw fuel into the cannister seems wasteful to me. All for pollution reduction....lol
You really need to get off this kick, at least until you know wtf you're talking about. My old 27hp L275 burned 2 quarts of diesel per operating hour. My 33hp L3301 burns a gallon every two operating hours. That's only 0.00% extra consumption, with 22% more horse power.

When did inflation begin to soar and did anyone really believe that gas would be exempt from the increase?

I feel we learned a lot about you today. I expected more out of you, but the tribalness is on full display.
Gotta admit, you‘re absolutely right.
thinking CNN is actually a believable, reliable source of information and post 644 is very informative

There’s a lot of snarky attacks today from people grinding political axes. Personally I don’t like left or right wing politics. Both are extreme and they see everything in the context of only those worldviews. I’m an independent and consider myself a centrist. We need to support our leaders to do what’s best for America, realizing that there is nobody that any of us will agree with on every issue. The thread is about fuel prices, that are very complex and much of this is due to factors originating from the oil companies themselves. Market and shareholder decisions, not politics. We have actual data showing increased drilling rigs year over year, yet we have people who continually deny this and interject politics. I have been attacked enough by snarky comments ant people who don’t believe facts published by the petroleum industry themselves. I think that many posters in this discussion today didn’t present themselves well, probably myself included. It’s time for a cooling off period.
I agree with things you say.

If you think Market and Shareholder decisions aren't political you are naive. Since I don't think you are naive, I must assume you just got confused with the "snarkiness" (using your metaphor).

Every topic in this thread is political. Every one. As long as we follow along like the Sheep we are we will be allowed to have this discussion.....

If we touch on the truth hard enough the thread will be locked.

After 653 posts, somebody finally hit the nail on the head. The reasons don't matter at the end of the day. With fuel prices increasing this fast, inflation can do nothing except rise astronomically. This country runs on diesel, and it's going to cost more to get everything from where it's produced to where it can be consumed.

True, but one thing I would add to that is that FUEL is soaring higher much faster than anything else.

The world sees CNN and believes their garbage is news., that’s why people should care.
I would hope that most people can understand the difference between talk opinion shows and hard news. There is a plethora of talk opinion shows on both ends of the political spectrum. And the networks actually label their programming as “news hour” and the xx show. It’s sad that people think talk shows are news.

Ok. Every business decision is in some way political. You are correct. So this means that big increase in drilling rigs in the Permian basin during calendar year 2021 must have a political origin. Or did the industry just see good profit opportunities? Keep in mind that the Permian produces more than 50% of total US oil and gas.

You have never cited any source of news that you believe is reliable. Let’s hear it.

Rising fuel prices are driving inflation along with the rapidly rising federal budget deficit.

Well your opinion isn’t shared by the majority of Americans. They are regarded as having some of the best hard and breaking news in the industry. Anti-government people don’t like them because they don’t play to their contrived conspiracies like other channels do.

Prove it
What you going to do? show me a “poll”?

I think you will see this fall I am right

Did i miss something? — What happens this Fall that will show cnn and npr are not good news stations???

I’m not the one who gets news from TV. That would be you that said that.
I prefer to get my news elsewhere and more importantly form my own decisions. Not have them formed for me. Especially by the clowns working at CNN.

I watch all the news stations and much that CNN has is the same story as CBS, NBC, etc… Just because you don’t like their opinion shows doesn’t mean the hard news is bad. Interesting that you can learn about world events from your own decisions. I sure cannot.

Just like the midterms in 2018. They always go against the party in power.
True.... but the polling has never been worse leading up to the midterm. Ever. It brings my heart joy. Incredible, so soon after the “most popular ticket in history” carried them into the White House.

And let’s face it, Russia elected Trump... right? It was all over CNN for 4 years 😂 The most trusted news source.

Those news outlets are pure garbage, too. They pushed the Russia hoax, too which has been completely disproven. The fact that they all parrot The same talking points, as you said, just proves they can’t come up with an independent thought or anything original. Like “lyin” Bryan Williams for example.

Yes I can look at a balance of sources of media and make my own decisions. Its called critical thinking or independent thinking.
Too bad our kids aren’t taught to think critically anymore.

Still don't help us with the idiot in the oval office however,
I have worked for every president since Ronald Reagan, and respected almost all of them. They all tried their best and all had good and bad ideas. But I will say that I’ve never seen such chaos and incompetence in the executive branch Departments as under the former guy’s administration. And I will say the the executive branch departments are currently more functional under the guy that you don’t like. Do I like all of his policies? No. But I do appreciate that we are functioning with some competence and very little chaos. But my perspective is the Department of Agriculture (who I work for) and Interior Department (who I work with). Maybe the other departments aren’t managed so well. I don’t know, but I don’t hear the stories of complete dysfunction that I did previously.
