Repairing wet areas caused by trucks cutting donuts?

I just took a careful look at the pics

Let us examine,
There is a wet area immediately adjacent to a pond.

And the conclusion is the wet area is due to trucks spinning donuts?

NO! Donuts were spun because there is a WET AREA.

Were you never a young man with a truck! Jeesh! What has come of us??????

I was too afraid of someone telling my Dad that I was tearing up someone else's property. Not to say I didn't do my share of stupid things, but tearing up somebody else's field, never! Plus I had to fix it if it broke!!

It's not a FIELD!

It's planted trees. and the "Donuts are where the trees didn't and WILL NOT GROW. No tree will live with wet feet all it's life! (well , all it's life ,YES, but the life will be short)

A guy did several donuts in his pickup on 10 acres up the street from me. Cameras got him, as well as the maintenance guy saw him. He actually did it while I was bushhogging the property, and I never saw or heard him.
They need to convict and then advertise what a serious offense it is, because this is happening way too much!

One more reason to choose carfully when putting THEY in office.
Every day THEY come up with more crimes THEY intend to begin overlooking for prosecution. It's still a crime in Texas to enter,walk on,drive on,hunt on or do anything else on property you don't own unless you have owner's permission. And it doesn't matter what color the owner paint's his posts,trees and fences or if owner does or does not put signs up. If as much as a blade of grass is damaged, tresspassing is upgraded to aggervated. Not far from me the vacant property of an absentee landowner was entered by kids in 4x4 trucks. The owner was highly p oed when he came out to fish in the pond and saw damages. Being a car dealer he had a lawyer so he called to see if lawyer could help file a criminal complaint. Landowner went about his business,cooled down and never thought much more about it. A few months later lawyer called to say he had a civil suit settlement. After fees,the settlement was just short of half what he paid for land 5-6 years earlier. The $ amount was exceptional because some of kids dads were wealthy and criminal charges were dropped as a condition of settlement but fine or jail could have resulted under different cercumstances.

That'll teach them dads to have boys. Should raised 'em up as trannys. Then, If they come home with muddy skirts, the dads could take away the nail polish and hair dye!

If you have fall, grade everything to drain to the pond.

Drainage tile isn't gonna be good because of the trees. Roots plug drainage tile.

You can spend a day grading and dealing with the mud. Adding dirt to the low spots will displace the water. It will look worse before it gets better. It will take time for the dirt to settle and compact and naturally shed water.

Pumping it out is only gonna help minimally when there doing the work. Next time it rains it will be a mud pit again until it settles and firms up.

Picture is too small for my antique phone. As far as trees growing in water, happens all the time down here, otherwise there would be no trees in the swamps! Some just adapt to it better than others. Cypress trees are a good indicator of standing water!!
