Happy Columbus Day! So glad he didn’t fall of the edge, as science then said he would.

Overcast again today.

Fell asleep last night sitting on couch. Woke up at 1 am, turned light off and went to bed.

Followed by room size width/length vs vertical/horizontal layouts.

LOL.

Is best to just lay out a few square feet in each pattern, walk away for a few hours, come back and decide.

I found that crawling around doing flooring is better than standing up doing drywall and ceiling work over the years.

Mine is going vertical. Looks good, I’m use to it and it’s easier.

I prefer a fiddle over violin. My dad has a homemade fiddle, one of my relatives used to make them. It’s not much to look at, but you can play it if you know how. I bought a bow once and sawed away on it. Never heard a cat screech any worse.

Since they’re pretty much the same, depending on how and what you string it with, I assume you prefer hillbilly to long hair.

Snowblower is rigged to the tractor...oiled the chain, touched up some surface rust spots and ran it through it's paces to make sure the auger and fan turned, as well as the chute. I started touching the fan housing, but not enough paint left inn the can.

Think I better heed the warning you and Phil posted about getting snow removal attachment hook up.

Morning all!
Starting the day at 51 and going into the 60's. Overcast skies for the next few days it seems.
Like Thomas I am starting with leaf removal being a daily chore. It was nice at the start:

Now it is just making a mess all over the stones and wall in the landscaping!
View attachment 716547Wife and I are doing fine health wise. I have an eye appt. tomorrow for some new glasses. Much needed as my current ones are 2 years old and very scratched.
Nothing else on the agenda but to enjoy the fall weather!

One could say that's one of the benefits of retiring easier leaf duty.
