That's the real problem but also a very taboo subject. Bill Burr has a comedy bit about this. A few years later though... he had two kids.

And again...sure you hear about the things you cited but never in the same breath (or story, article etc.)...
It's all about instilling an agenda for political considerations...

And BTW...everything mentioned has it's own issues...EV's...battery component mining issues...solar...How much heat do all those panels radiate?....wind...BLM...bird lives matter...!

I gave you a short list of solutions that were being peeped. I didn't say I agreed with the solutions, but they are offering solutions. Whether viable or not is a different discussion. I'm pretty sure I've read/watched countless stories about climate change that mentions most-likely causes, effects, possible solutions, etc. over the years. All mentioned in the same story.

Electric cars, wind, solar, move away from fossil fuels, etc. have been the dominant topic for several years.

It’s the way they present the “news”. It’s always in the form of fear.
You get the obligatory and tiresome polar bear images……so worn out and over used.
Dissenting voices, often correct, are rarely if ever heard.
Its not ”news” it’s a think tank agenda.
Real news would not force an agenda or change on us based mostly on junk science.

World population growth is actually slowing. I've read that China's population will drop by 1% over the next 30 years. The only way the US can increase population is through immigration. Japan's population has actually dropped recently and will continue to drop unless they increase immigration.

They just increased the limit to 3. I wonder if families can buy “children credits” from couples who don’t want more than one child.
Since 1960 the world population has increased 2 1/2 fold, while the US population has only doubled. As somebody already pointed out, some of our growth is due to immigration.

As a side note here; we have sufficient petroleum, tar sands, etc. to last for awhile; maybe a couple of hundred years. Assuming that crude oil is finite, and not continually generated, it will some day be exhausted. At some point, we will be forced to find alternate and renewable sources of energy, or shiver in the Winter, cook our food with a solar oven or eat it raw. It is well and good that we are experimenting with solar, wind and ocean currents, in the knowledge that we can improve on these nascent industries and one day make them viable.

Petroleum will need to be saved for petrochemicals; i.e. plastics, drugs, etc. until we can find other means of producing the myriad of products we enjoy from petroleum. In the meantime, let's not destroy our economy and our country over a bs environmental "religion" that is rushing us into self destruction. Nuclear energy any one?

LoL...Obviously if you seek out stories and articles about going green or off the grid or anti- fossil fuel scenarios...you can read all about it...
...BUT...
Just watch some weather shows or reports read some reports of any extreme weather...the talking heads never fail to miss an opportunity to mention CO2/greenhouse gasses etc. or man made warming...without mentioning the fact that there is basically NOTHING the average citizen can do about it but they use that constant blast of AGW propaganda that does nothing but instill angst and fear so they will support whatever political faction that pushes the agenda...
