Hoping David wasn't adversely affected by the earthquake out there yesterday.

Strangely, I was out on the tractor. Didn’t know about the quake until I came in about hour later and Sophie told me. Said it was quite a shaker, 5.2. Haven’t heard about any damage reported.

That Delta varient is bad news, Don, but this article sez that the Moderna vaccine is effective against it. Hope the others are, too.
This article says: "As the Delta variant of the coronavirus surges through the U.K., almost half of the country's recent COVID-19 deaths are of people who have been vaccinated."

High % but total numbers are (I think) low unless you are one of the 50.

"Data from Public Health England show that there were 117 deaths among 92,000 Delta cases logged through June 21. Fifty of those -- 46% -- had received two shots of vaccine."

I don't think we're doing anything wrong, but maybe other users on TBN can provide some info.
I make all the settings per the manual, start mowing and then maybe 10-15 minutes later, the mower's noise comes through
The Ambient Noise and the Noise Cancelling button are the same...just different ends of the button. I think that may be the problem...
Anyway, I don't need bluetooth and an ambient noise selection, so these go back to Amazon. Frankly, I'm probably better off with a plain jane sound attenuator headset with no electronics
Look up auto shut off feature possibly? Mine were set to 1 hour when I got them.

I liked this line from the article a lot. It puts things in a much better perspective:

"Public Health England pegged the fatality rate for Alpha at 1.9%. It estimates the fatality rate for Delta is closer to 0.3%, which scientists say reflects both mass vaccination and improved treatment for COVID-19. And the vaccine also reduces the chances of catching the virus at all."
