Encouraging Dr visit. Not with the operating surgeon, but officemate so almost like getting a second opinion as he was rather thorough going thru the charts and and the physical exam. Vision exam showed improvement. No sign of infection and good signs of healing. Continue drop regimen until followup next week.

After a couple errands hit the Hilo Burger Joint for 1st time since before pandemic. Thought I’d share their entrance sign.

Probably need to expand to read the smaller print.

Excellent burger with a nice draft porter. Sophie had the Rueben.

COWIN E7 Active Noise Cancelling Headphones Bluetooth Headphones with Microphone Deep Bass Wireless Headphones Over Ear, Comfortable Protein Earpads, 30 Hours Playtime for Travel/Work, Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B019U00D7...abc_JB2YA4ANJ4BH03H81M7A?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I had a pair of those...didn't hold up too well. After a few months, the headphone wouldn't take a charge.
They did send me a replacement, which I never used. After yours and Eric's posts, I think I'll charge them and give 'em another try...
Don't need 'em when operating the tractor...cab is pretty sound muffling even at PTO RPM, but I sure need something when using the mower!

Good Morning Everyone !

actually still the dark of night here in BC Canada, but I wanted to say Hi. Glad to see that this post is still running.

We've had a week of rain, but with 3 days of sun in the works, things might dry out yet. Have a good day, and stay safe.

Coffee has finished brewing. 42° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 74° with mostly sunny skies. Ened back a neighbors place and finished up adding some trim to neighbors Tiki Bar. Then started unloading tools that collected in back of Mule. Grocery shopping this morning. Then finish cleaning out back of Mule. May mow grass today.
Getting food for the young ones.

good morning all.
Cooler day, around 60 now going up into high 70's, should be a very nice day.

Did yours go off to another home while you were in hospital ?
No, thankfully, I still have mine which is now two years old and running fine.
Only thing I lost in hospital was my Kindle, it got between the sheets and aides threw it all in the laundry.
I have left headphones on for long periods and it always states "battery high". Talking battery indicator, interesting...

off to PT shortly. Have about fifty bucks in bonus coupons from local nursery which can start being redeemed today.
Might take a run over there and I'm sure there's some flowers or a shrub with my name on it.

Hope you all have a nice Wednesday.

Good m morning! 69˚F heading to the mid nineties. Need to cut up some watermelon and get this show on the road. Cedarcide at the park today. Yesterday the heat index reached 100˚ at 9:30 am. Temp will determine how long I work this morning.

Good Morning.
Is 64 and going up about 10 degrees at most. Sunny and a nice breeze. My kind of day. So far my comparison between the Davis and Tempest shows that the rain either agrees, or the Tempest reports high, sometimes by a large margin.

Yesterday’s trip went well, the weather and ATC was kind to us. The thunderstorms were not in lines, just scattered about and easy to avoid with ATC’s cooperation. Here’s what one looks like like from a hundred miles away at cruise altitude. The top of this one was over 45,000 feet.

They look so pretty and benign, they’re destructive power is pretty well concealed.

I got a call while I was getting turned around in the Bahamas that an old friend and hangar neighbor crashed the plane that he built near my local airport. He was airlifted from the scene, but when I got home I learned that he didn’t survive. He was 79, and a Naval aviator, later retired from TWA. A superb pilot and a certificated aircraft mechanic. The plane that he built was pristine, a work of art. I have no idea what could have happened, there are reports of an inflight fire, but do detailed or accurate information yet.
I am still digesting the news, it’s not easy to process.

Youngest son wants to go out for breakfast, so I’m going to get moving, not much else planned for today other than shop time.
