Hey guys ,
I am hearing a noise coming from my L rear tire wheel area , when I first got my tractor I left the E break on more than I would admit but it the noise is in sync with wheel rotation and I am working in a very dusty environment. Should I take wheel off for inspection and cleaning , any advise would be appreciated, Dan

You can try blowing the dust our of the area but dust may have gotten into the brake area and it's possible you'll have to disassemble the brake to quiet the noise. Of course you can check your brake for wear at that time. (Lacking an indicator I find it easy to forget to release the parking brake, too.)

Does the 00 series have a dry brake or wet brake setup?

I wonder if it was just a stone caught up in the hub area?

The reason I asked for what type of brake it had, is because the wet brakes don't usually make any noise, unless something bad is happening inside. Dry brakes, however, could possibly be dragging and make some noise, but then again, it's not the case.

Have you tried to lift the tractor with a jack and move the wheel around by hand to see if you spot something obvious?

Does the squeak change when you apply the brake? Have you checked that the lug nuts are tight?

Go tighten all of your lug nuts. Check for "egged out" holes on the wheel hub. They already may be damaged. There is nothing wrong with your BRAKES. They are not BREAKS. If you have multi piece wheels check all of the bolts and nuts that hold them together as well.

Update ,
Found out what I thought was a left rear e - brake noise on my 2400h, had my tractor at Daves Tractor in Red Bluff “ nor Cal” Ca for a warrenty issue , Jarred in the shop stood by my tractor while I ran it in reverse , he picked up the noise right off , he grinned and said Dan that noise is coming from your front drive shaft under the cover we’ll shoot some grease in it , which was a relief ,also my throttle was super tight as on some of the the 2400 series , he said both issues were quick fixes they would take care of them ,no charge . Can’t say enough about Daves Tractor and the whole crew from the when you walk in the front door all the way up to Dave , all willing to always sit and talk with you about any questions and concerns , I have read on tbn many times Dealer choice is as important as make of tractor you choose , I feel I made a wise choice ,Dan

Dave's is awesome, I got my 3725 from them.

The throttle and 3pt levers on my 3725 both have adjustable friction clutches. Both of them were much tighter from the factory than I prefer. I like controls that move smoothly. Adjusting the throttle one requires unbolting the dash and lifting it up to get under it, but that's not difficult. The 3pt one is accessible from behind the tractor.

Daves tractor is a model dealer, I wish they were all like Dave's.
I have always gotten good advise and fast parts shipping from them.
