Got my new headlights, marker lights, hood hinge bushings and oil pressure sender from Hoye today...

Not super thrilled... inside lenses was quite foggy. Had to wrap a cotton ball on the end of a stick n clean w alcohol... no biggy but next one of the included bulbs was defective so I was gonna use an old one but the hole in the new light is smaller so it wouldn't fit... ugh $20 quality for a $70 price tag...
Next I grabbed the marker lights... another slight disappointment... stamped steel base vs the original aluminum base... not a huge deal but if they had said so in the description I wouldn't have removed my old ones with an angle grinder so I could reuse the original bases....

I'm glad Hoye is around but it would be nice if they clarified a few more details to help us yanmar newbies adjust our expectations....

If you worked with Fredrick's, chances are your could have gotten the a pair of used, in good shape aluminum base marker lights.

Fredrick's always told a person up front what you are getting and you can request images of the parts prior to buying. I've done that with them several times.

Took the yan deere into the woods for a little more bush hogging... I really like this tractor.... If only it had a loader....

I've had both worlds for almost a decade. Fel. and without. The JD. Quick connect bucket and it stayed off even on 35 acres Seriously. Nobody wanted it up there mowing Fact!!. The YM2000 I keep on 11 acres wooded only has a rear scoop. Works great for what I've need it for. When I built this house Kubota B2700 FEL. and Back Hoe. 4wd. and the loader was really only good for moving what I dug up with the BH. Gave a great asking price but I had to turn the offer down. Just came from the dealer and ended up with a major Hyd. leak through the steering column into your lap when you turned the wheel. True! put a ghetto rig. on it that worked great and the dealer said it wouldn't hurt anything. But a split to fix so I passed on it. A lot of Hrs. since it was used for cable TV. Line installs. I'll rent a Bobcat if I would need a loader but haven't had to yet with 13 yrs. with the Yanmar. Which I'm big on the Grn.

Do you have any images of the 3PT rear scoop? Is it like a pond scoop or a REL (Rear End Loader)?

RELs are very popular in the EU and eastern EU countries. The RELs had an uptick in popularity in the late 90s. After 9-11 in 01, it seemed many of the US made RELs disappeared. Titan imported a bunch from the EU in the hay-day.

I have a thread on this topic from last year too.

Here is a more modern 3PT type.

How do you trip that to make it dump? Can you pull a cable or something from the driver's seat?
I have a rope connected so I can use it L/R handed with just a easy pull. And it's real easy with just a reach around to lift the handle. Either way I have it set to pull forwards or backwards. I'm tech. 1 arm and handed that's why it's hard to type. I'm sure I mentioned it before. Real short and my spelling can be off a letter or two. It's my fingers that don't move very good at all in my R hand. Dumping I found out was easy which was a big +..

I don't know if this will help but harbor freight as
a box of O-Rings for about $10. I don't remember
if they are standard and metric.

Harbor Freight has both Metric and inch o-ring kits. They do come in handy but I can tell you years of experience has proven there are lot's of applications these kits will not supply.
