The guy has a cowboy hat on. You ever hear the phrase “cowboy up”? He exemplifies that phrase!

Can you imagine how hard one would cringe with every bump and dip in the road at speed towing with that setup. Well I would anyway, but who knows, maybe cowboy here didn't worry one bit.

If his hitch wasn't bent down so far, he might have decent ground clearance under the trailer tongue.

Needs a set of load levelers on the back....

Probably has one of these bolted to the trunk floor.

Most likely. 17 gauge sheet metal isn't structurally strong.
