Looks like the trend started the week after the election.

So ... not on the 20th then ?

BTW - Doesn't that start time-frame also roughly coincide with the approval/release of the first vaccine ?

;)

The slope of the graph has gotten steeper since you know what... We'll all be driving wind driven cars. I'll make it on time to work today, I've got a 20 knot broad reach!!! Have to tack our way back home.

Definitely some headwind on my way home. And colder.

Costco run on way home since I needed gas again.

My brother is home from hospital, insurance only covered a week of rehab. His son is there now.

Most of snow is gone, few patches in the front.

Saw on FB a house exploded near me about an hour ago, people said a propane tank inside exploded. Flew people out.

Got my tax refund less than a week after filing.

Good evening all. 43F for the start, overcast, light breeze, .5 inch in rain gauge so not much rain overnight. Moderate wind day, sky cleared off late morning, and high temp was 59F. Trash day so that was first, then start to prep Volagi for ride, valve stem failed so got Peugeot ready, went riding after lunch. Did get nap in. Had red fish neighbor brought us, and corn bread yum.
Covid update: Cooke, Montague, Grayson, unchanged, local not updated.
David that is a lot of rain, thanks for the data screen, no wonder you are afraid to get be hind on mowing.
Ron happy birthday to Sassy, good luck with scanning, nice pic

Dennis my worst landing on airliner was in Anchorage, AK. Pilot was long and fast and we were not touched down yet. Pilot finally hit the throttles as we touched down and went around . Second try was much better.
RNG good luck getting the vaccine
Doug thanks for sharing about the toads.
David stepdaughter has the same issue with Scooter and skunks, he hate baths and will get 2 or 3 after the initial skunking but does it anyway.

Yum yum, where did your neighbor catch his redfish? I know they stock them in freshwater lakes, they don't reproduce, but they grow well.

Got my cannon back to full length.....whew.....avatars have to be square as of now. I don't like being square. :)

It is wet, windy 48F tonight. We have the fireplace going.

3 degrees right now...wind has died down, but it was really gusting a while ago...looks like about an inch of snow overnight. High at 22 today

Still have a password problem. TBN is not accepting the password I've used since I joined 20 years back...so, trying to use the "forgotten password" link, but the confirmation e-mails never arrive. TBN admin has been trying to help, but so far, no joy

Good morning. -8°F and going up to 25. Wind W 7 mph. Snow.
Could see up to 15" in this one, starting this afternoon.

A North Bay trip today, groceries, DIL tooth to be pulled, wash the Dodge mainly to get the underside rinsed off. Around here on a quiet night we can hear the Dodges rust.

Have a safe day all

6 above with gusting winds to as high as 45mph. We got pelted with something at 2 am hitting the house so hard it woke me up. Thought sure whatever it was would be coming thru the window. Will be checking later when it gets light out.
Not much going on today. Hopefully finish up paperwork with new car.
Roy: I know this is obvious but are you looking in your junk or spam folder for the reset email?
Hope everyone stays safe and healthy!

First cup of coffee is cooling. 9° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 41° with lots of sun. After it warmed up outside a little. Installed new mirrors on Mule. May do a little more on mule windshield today. Never made it to photo scanning. Got Sassy a new squeaky toy for her birthday. Played with it all day. Then tired to bring it to bed. She thanks everyone for Birthday wishes. 🤠
Sandhill Cranes are back. They have been gone for a month.

Looking, just about everything rust here from road salt.

RNG, I see a similar toad here. Never thought they are poisonous.

Randy, did you get the UTV?

David, did you get your lawnmowers repaired?

LS, hope you get PT going soon.

Ken, table looks good. Hope you get out of Doghouse soon.

Wngsprd, gas has been going up in price here for awhile. Now $2.74. Diesel has hit $3.00 in places.

Everyone stay healthy and safe,

Good Morning All.

good morning all. A day late, Happy March!

very windy night, power went off about 10am last night but thankfully came back a few minutes later.

28 going up into high thirties today, 53 tomorrow!

not that I ever had an inkling to eat a toad but sure won't now...

Landlady coming over this morning for coffee and talk. Made her some apple blueberry muffins to take home.
Going to talk about a long lease that will allow me to make investments here that are sensible, like installing a hot tub.
Which means new electrical service. And installing central air. Want to discuss what I'm willing to pay for and what I might
split with her.

Told the realtor no thank you to homes I was looking at. Incredibly good value for the area, half the cost of other houses, but zero
privacy. Realized after 45 years of owning my own homes, all with land, that I could not be comfortable without woods and land, and where I am
now from a location standpoint is wonderful. It's just the house is worn out and if I'm going to stay here, need a plan of action on how to
bring it back into shape.

900sf cottage. Anyone have any idea what it would cost to add a/c to an existing fairly new oil hot air system?

Cleaned the house yesterday but will pick it up again this morning. I need a person following
me full time decluttering...:sneaky:

Good morning all

9 now highs in the upper 20’s and sunny today. Winds have been howling all night at 25-35 mph and some gusts in the upper 40 mph range, could get worse by mid afternoon. Will be plenty of pick up sticks time when things calm down.

Nothing planned for today just putter around again.

Stay safe and healthy
Enjoy your day everyone

Good morning! 21 now, may get to 38 today. Tomorrow is to be warmer.

Heading south this weekend for start of the racing season. Important year for the kid I help, he will be earning points to get his pro license. Sunday will be a preview of the pro season, the top riders will be at Volusia Speedway warming up for the season opener. Best part....Marriott points covers the hotel rooms!

everyone stay safe out there

Prayers for our team, and our country.

Good Morning
It’s 20 degrees heading to 35 and breezy with clear skies.

Yesterday, I spent a good portion of the day tinkering with a new Tempest weather station. So far, I really like it. Very easy setup, and agrees with the Davis that is mounted on the same pole.
More information about it on the “Weather Station” thread.

My friends oil burner struggled to run after getting the tank refilled.
From the looks of the nozzle igniters and filter, it must have been a long time since it was serviced. A good cleaning, new nozzle and filter got it running reliably. The ugly looking “gear” is a filter element.

Ended the day with a zoom meeting for the Odd Fellows Lodge.

Not sure what today will bring to keep me occupied, but I’m sure something will pop up. It won’t be a vaccination though, still trying to get an appointment.
