TN75D how to adjust telescopic arm ends?

Hi rookie question, one on the telescopic ends jiggled loose during transport and I can’t figure out how to slide it back in, can anyone help?

Big ole hammer
when you release them to connect equipment, backing up and lifting 3pt the ends relatch

Thanks for that, so all I need to do is hammer the end back in?? spring doesn't need releasing?

Aah I see there should be a pin to lift the spring loaded section!

Yes there should be a pin with a ring attached to pull upward to extend arm ends. To retract with out any thing attached wiggle up and down and push in. Arm end will self lock.

Cheers, I'll try wiggling in again with a gentle tap. So pins (that are missing!) shouldn't need to be lifted when retracting?

backing up and lifting 3pt the ends will relatch. If the release rings/pins are missing, I'd disassemble that top cover and get repair parts ordered. May not need this lift arm feature if using quick hitch.
