Like title says, all the TBN post notifications (with a few exceptions somehow) go directly into GMail's spam folder. GMail doesn't give any explanation why these emails are flagged as spam and even if I 'unspam' them, it has no effect on them not being spam filtered. Can't find a way to 'whitelist' either. Anybody else has this problem?

Me too for ~ the last 2 weeks. Add the sender to your contact list it says. Didn't work for me.

It might be account specific.

It didn't let you "mark as not spam?"

I have checked 'Not spam' on all of them as they come in, which moves them to the main inbox but new post notification from TBN (but not the "Would you buy or rent a mini excavator?" blog that I received today in my inbox) still goes in my spam box. I'll try adding the sender as contact (as tomplum mentioned, although it didn't work for him) and see it that will work for me.

TBN notices have been going into my gmail spam folder for months. I keep telling them it's not spam, they keep ignoring it.

Time to get out of those evil gmail accounts anyway :)

I quit getting email notifications from TBN quite a while back. I considered it kind of a blessing. When I have a new PM I get a little pop up when I first visit, that's all the notification I need from this entire site.
I only have a small handful of notifications enabled among all my devices.

I added TBN to my address list, and still they all go to SP*M folder

- I have email notifications turned off:

- This is what I get when I click the bookmark for "My Home". It shows the posts, instead of sending an email:

Adding to contact didn't work. Received 7 email from TBN and they all went into the spam folder. It has to be how TBN sends email but since GMail doesn't tell us why it blocked it or at least show us the raw header of the messages, it's not possible to tell.

The new format seems to have fixed this. I'm now getting email notifications.

Yes, I'm in the same boat. After trying a few ways to fix it, I gave up.

Yes, that's about where I am at. Notifications stopped a few months ago. Finally found 300 of them in a little-used sub folder under a "SPAM" heading. I spent an evening or two trying to fix the problem and gave up.

And today they're working, the one that led me here not being flagged as spam.

I'm finding this new format a bit of a challenge to navigate. It's very time consuming to dodge all the advertisements with their new hidden buttons which automatically take you to their home sites.

TBN thread replies are still being flagged as spam in my email.

Personally I think it is sad to see this type of format change happening to a venerable site like TBN. But that is just my own opinion. I certainly support the philosophy that the owners - and the participants - should have free choice in their presentation.

If that means profit is their predominant motive then the result will tend more and more to this new direction. That's common these days.

Strange. I'm seeing very few ads, and the site is behaving after years of all kinds of flaky artifacts. To me it appears to be a major cleanup! (Firefox browser). The only thing I'm missing is more replies per page in my viewing.

Might be my computer - or maybe even the Safari browser.
Are you using any type of adv. blocker?

When you're logged in you should be seeing one ad, on the right side of the page, on desktop only. Logged in from mobile you should be seeing zero ads.
