How do I look at the first unread response to threads I've subscribed to?

I consider myself pretty tech-savvy, and most of my friends consider me their first-line of defense in regards to things composed solely of 1s and 0s.

Before the recent "upgrade" you could click on "My Home" (or something like that, don't remember - it was right at the top/center of every page). It showed you a list of all threads to which you had subscribed and had new/unread material. You could select one of those and it would take you to the first unread reply.

I have spent quite some time after the recent changes and can't find any such option. Has this ability completely disappeared, or just been relegated to some dark back room? If so, where is it? Without it this site is worthless IMO.

At the top banner is a 'Watched' button where you can pull down and select to see your subscribed threads and forums.

I have the same question. How do you get taken to the first post you have not read in a thread?

Being that I posted before Jethro, I just received a alert (bell...top right) when Jethro posted. Maybe this is where future posts will come up???

Yeah, but watched threads would take me directly to the next post after what had been read already.... now it takes you to the first page of threads! I won't try and find the last read post.... a real PIA... if it stays that way, probably won't spend too much time here!

You guys need to click mark forums read and it will restart the unread counts.

Unfortunately we weren't able to carry over which threads were read vs unread.

I recommend you click mark forums read and then everything new from that point forward will automatically jump to, or you can click on "jump to new" at the top of a thread.

The functionality is the same as the old software once you mark everything read.
