clutch finger adjustment TS254

I have an old TS254 with the 2 cylinder 295 engine and with the 6 finger clutch.

I can't remember how to set the stack height. I have had it off several years ago and I remember there is a special way to set the height up. And also that you want a certain amount of difference in the finger height between the 3 fingers for the pto and the 3 fingers for the drive clutch.

Does anyone know how to do this? I lost all that info when I changed computers I guess.
