Here's one of my (least) quotes or sayings, "Just pay me what you want to (sic) o".

We make a pretty high end product. We often get people that have the "beer budget/champagne taste" going on. Every single time we have offered to do an order at "their" price so they can evaluate quality/yield we have converted them to a customer willing to pay "our" price.

I am blessed(?) with a wife (who, yes, IS a woman) who claims it more often than is true. IOW, whenever something goes wrong she assumes that it was her fault. Love her.

We used to have the same thing goin' on.

People always asking why we wouldn't match our competitors' price.

Our reply was "we would certainly do so if and when they were able to meet our quality."

I doubt it would be possible to breed it out of them either.

As for a favorite saying, one that I saw on a pilot's shirt at a fly-in always stuck with me.
