We make a pretty high end product. We often get people that have the "beer budget/champagne taste" going on. Every single time we have offered to do an order at "their" price so they can evaluate quality/yield we have converted them to a customer willing to pay "our" price.

I think Panarea bread tried that pay what you can experiment. A friend was a mgr until the china virus. She said it didn't work out. Ya think?
