Do you need a small scaffold? Look at TSC - 6'x6'x29inches - $130

TSC has put the Multipurpose Scaffold, 6 ft. L on sale for $129.99, reg $209.99.
And I recently got a 10% off coupon in the mail thru the end of Nov.

This looks to be the same thing Home Depot is selling for $149, HF for $169.

I've been following this scaffold at HF for years price jumped from $169 to $220 this summer.

I was about to buy 2 from HD last night. Glad I waited.

I have two sets. Watch the prices at other sites including NT. The tractor place will price match. Right now, NT is higher, but prices have been all over the place for the last couple of years.

I have one, and the only thing I didn't like about it was how thin the wood was on the platform, so I replaced my with 3/4 plywood. It's heavier, but also A LOT more solid!!!

If you expect to use this much, consider getting two sets. I set mine together and clamp them. With twice the area and about four times the rigidity it is much easier to work.

Yeup. And do NOT expect to set the platform at full height and it be solid. It won't. That's why they sell outriggers and side/guard rails.

Also, be extra careful with that extra working surface. It's easy to get complacent and take one step too far.

With the platform anywhere other than the lowest position I use 1x4 crossbraces. Stiffens up very well.

I have two sets, great for the price! We recently had to use them at full height. Something simple that really made them much stiffer at height was 2 ratchet straps diagonal from the bottom crossbar up to the deck. A really BIG difference!

Second the ratchet strap especially when two high. I x them in the middle rungs of bottom scaffold. Lowers the wiggle factor a lot.

I had worse luck with crossing them vs straight but the straps definitely make them way sturdier.
